In 2022, it continued to chart new horizons in the digital realm, fostering global collaboration in the maritime industry. The resounding success of FSM 2023 edition, coupled with the warm embrace of Goa's hospitality, affirmed the value of in-person interaction.
Inspired by the triumph, FSM 2024 returns to the picturesque shores of Goa, promising a larger and more grand affair at the mesmerising beaches of the Bogmallo Beach Resort, where delegates can once again engage in vital discussions about the maritime industry's future. - all while rejoicing in the lap of nature.

FSM 2023
FSM 2023 was an extraordinary milestone in the maritime industry's calendar. The event, hosted in the enchanting coastal city of Goa, witnessed a convergence of maritime excellence like never before. Under the distinguished inauguration of Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, FSM 2023 exceeded all expectations. With more than 200 companies partnering with FSM 2024, and over 100 maritime leaders, decision-makers, and CXOs descending upon Goa, it was a testament to FSM's growing influence and relevance in the industry. Delegates from across the world came together, representing diverse sectors and sharing their expertise in an atmosphere that seamlessly blended business with leisure. The event featured insightful discussions, groundbreaking solutions, and invaluable networking opportunities, all set against the backdrop of Goa's natural beauty. FSM 2023 was a momentous occasion that reinforced the event's reputation as one of the most engaging networking events in the maritime industry, where knowledge-sharing and collaboration takes centre stage.
FSM 2024 promises to be even grander, as it returns to the serene shores of Goa at the Bogmallo Beach Resort. Against this natural backdrop, the event offers a unique platform where you can enrich your maritime insights and explore new business opportunities while enjoying the beauty of the coastline.
FSM transcends geographical boundaries. Delegates and speakers from around the world come together physically and virtually. The event will be live streamed, enabling you to engage with industry leaders and peers regardless of your location.

Whether you're a seasoned professional or a start up entrepreneur, FSM 2024 promises to be a valuable platform for learning and networking.
One of the central pillars of Future Skills Maritime (FSM) is the relentless pursuit of enhancing competencies and addressing skill gaps in the maritime industry. As we convene for FSM 2024, the primary focus remains on skill development and future skilling in the maritime sector. In a rapidly evolving industry, staying ahead of the curve is paramount, and this begins with investments in training, development, and upskilling. FSM provides a unique platform to delve deep into these issues, allowing delegates to gain valuable insights into the latest global trends and initiatives aimed at bridging these skill gaps. It's not just about preparing for tomorrow; it's about ensuring that these skills align with the broader goal of sustainability. By equipping our maritime workforce with the necessary competencies, we not only bolster the industry's efficiency and safety but also contribute to a more sustainable future. FSM 2024 offers you the opportunity to explore how skill development and sustainability go hand in hand, reinforcing the importance of informed decisions, innovative solutions, and proactive contributions to the industry's progress.
